How tutoring runs in Wyloway
Scheduling & logistics
Wyloway tutors typically come from within Buckhead. Drive times are short. The standard time slot is 5-9pm weekdays.
Our local approach in Wyloway
For families in Wyloway, every engagement starts with a free 15-minute consultation where we map your student's specific gaps against the curriculum at their school (The Lovett School, The Westminster Schools, or whichever school they attend). The right tutor is usually identified within 24 hours, drawn from a bench deep enough to match for grade level, subject, schedule, and personality on the first try. Most Wyloway sessions settle into a fixed weekly time in your home — 60 minutes for subject support, 90 minutes for SAT or ACT prep — with online available for travel weeks or schedule changes. We send a short written summary after every session so parents see exactly what was covered, what improved, and what's planned for next week. Across 3+ Atlanta Metro schools and Fulton County's public programs, our tutors maintain the depth of curriculum knowledge that lets a single tutor support a student across multiple subjects, multiple test cycles, and multiple years. That continuity is one of the quietest reasons families stay with us — switching tutors mid-cycle is friction nobody needs.
