Score Guarantee
The Northside Score Guarantee
The public promise already stated on the Northside homepage. No sign-in is required to read it.
If a student meets all eligibility requirements but does not demonstrate the defined score improvement, Northside provides up to 5 free hours of cohort-style tutoring, or the one-month equivalent, at no cost.
The numeric score threshold, the full eligibility checklist, the date range the disclaimer covers, and the steps for making a claim are not published on this page. Those details stay with the family agreement. Email or use the contact form and the team will walk through whether a student qualifies.
Northside does not guarantee admission to a school, and the Pathways membership does not guarantee a specific score.
